A newly-renovated accommodation for up to 6 people on a farm by the Mörrumsån river. The apartment is in an older barn building and there are two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with two 90 cm wide beds. The downstairs contains a bathroom with a washer and dryer as well as a combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, microwave and oven and stove. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two more beds. From the kitchen, there is an exit directly to the patio with barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture.

Parking space is available on site and as a tenant you have your own entrance to the accommodation. You also have a small separate wooden patio. The cottage (25 sqm) consists of a bedroom, living room with kitchenette, as well as bathroom with toilet and shower cabin. There is Wi-Fi, TV, freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, utensils, outdoor furniture, barbecue, etc.

The cottage is surrounded by forest, and is a stone's throw away from the lake, where you have your own jetty. The perfect place if you dream of a break from everyday life. Cold baths outside or in the lake. The food is cooked on a fire or in the outdoor kitchen. Drinking water is collected from the pump house located just behind the house. Toilet visits take place in luxury. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the cottage.

Pets are to be leashed outside.

Electricity is available and all amenities such as fully-equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, stove and contemporary decor. No running water, but water is available in a can. Drain is in the kitchen. There is a chemical toilet but no shower.

Electric car charging is not allowed. 2 days is the minimum to book. Check-in after 3 p.m. Check-out at 11 a.m.
