One part is occupied by my son and myself, the other part became "El recondito". Casa Perinquén is a charming apartment, located in the southern part of the island, so we enjoy the best climate. Its location is ideal, it is a 6-minute walk to the beach, the pedestrian promenade and the restaurant area. We are about a 15-minute walk from downtown. It is a renovated apartment, inside an old building, thus providing character and a good location. It is ideal for relaxing, doing nothing, or using it as a base to explore this beautiful island.
