It has a beautiful sea view of Matadeiro Beach and, in addition to being very close to the beach, the place is flooded with peace, privacy and quiet. The accessibility to the place makes it impossible for cars and motorcycles to enter, that is, you can only reach the house by walking a path composed of trail and beach totaling 15 to 20 minutes of walking.
