The house is in a condominium with 24-hour security and complete leisure infrastructure, which includes a wonderful pool in the club, 50 meters from the house. It is close to the best beaches , such as Macumba, Prainha and Grumari, which are very popular for surfing. Close to the shopping mall and gastronomic hub of Vargem Grande.

The balcony with Jacuzzi offers a beautiful view of the forest, the sea on the horizon and an unforgettable sunset. Air conditioning, 55" TV and wide view in all rooms. Very well-decorated suite with a king-size bed, bed linens and brand-new white towels. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, all cutlery, pots and dishes.
