The area around the house is a safe, parking fee-free zone. The hospital is 6 minutes on foot, but the city center is easily accessible on foot, comfortably 15 minutes. The covered terrace belongs to the apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped. There's wifi. You don't have to pay for parking. The parking lot is in front of the house, equipped with a camera.

Most of the city attractions are within walking distance. Maps and tourist info is provided. The apartment has all the basic amenities needed for you to have a comfortable rest and it is maintained and cleaned regularly. Under the apartment is daily bar with ocassional acustic events on weekend.
