We welcome everyone to this very well located 1 bedroom apartment, which is just a few steps from the sea&Marbella Port, and really close to the beautiful Old Center (300m), you can explore the city by foot. We have 1 free parking space in an underground parking 🅿️ right next to the apartment. It’s proudly located in one of the first buildings that was constructed in Marbella back in the ‘70s for holiday purposes, which keeps its charm&history and it’s well maintained with 24h concierge.
