Relax at this fully restored 16th century gite in the heart of the 11 Ha estate, embellished with centuries-old oak trees. You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, snowshoes, pétanque, darts, foosball. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12 m x 6 m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Pleasant 25 m² studio, fully furnished with taste, adjoining our property, with separate and private entrance, composed of: - Equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, stove, utensils) - Bedroom with 160 x 200 bed - Bathroom - Separate toilet - Smart TV and Wi-Fi - Small private outdoor area. Linens are provided.
