Apartment in Golf Panoramica near the sea

Place of interest: For golf lovers and for families including the little ones. You will love my place because of the location, it is on the Panoramic Golf Course and 10 minutes from the beach, next to Vinaroz and the Ebro Delta. The surroundings are green and the views overlook the 8th hole of the golf course surrounded by gardens and with a swimming pool. My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children) whether they like golf or not. There are also padel tracks, pitch & putt and children's recreation areas.

Apartment comes furnished; kitchen is equipped with everything you need, also comes with bedroom linens and towels. You'll love this town at the mouth of the Ebro river and its beach a few kilometers from the city. Comes with balcony and all new appliances. Sleeps 4. Second floor with elevator. Two hours south of Barcelona, and two north of Valencia.

Beautiful penthouse with a hot tub 20 minutes from the Delta

Enjoy sunlight throughout the day. This is undoubtedly the apartment's treasure. Apart from the terrace where you can disconnect in the hammocks with a good book or enjoy a barbecue. The light completely floods the kitchen and dining room with its large windows. Even in winter it is a luxury to be able to have breakfast in both spaces connected to the terrace as if you were outside. And at the end of the day you still have the best: relax in the Jacuzzi fully lit with candles.

All of them have access to the 'chill out' terrace, which is for shared use and located on the rooftop. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.
