Gite Corbieres – La Bohème (private pool)

The 4**** "La Bohème" gîte is an old winegrowers' house in the center of the village of Montséret. We are in the Narbonnaise Regional Natural Park. The location is ideally placed between Narbonne (20 minutes) and Carcassonne. 5 minutes away is the Abbey of Fontfroide, less than 30 minutes away is the medieval village of Lagrasse, "most beautiful village in France". The bedrooms have air conditioning. Parking is shared with the other gite, the pool is private (4.2 X 2.35) as well as the garden.

Character cottage, quiet and natural, for 4 to 7 people.

If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

Small house of 50 m2, where on the ground floor you will find a living room, equipped kitchen, dining room, dining room, as well as a toilet. A staircase will take you to the first air-conditioned floor where you will find a first bedroom with a double bed 140, another bedroom with a bed at 160 and a single bed in 90, as well as a bathroom with wc. No TV, no exit, but a small house where we sleep peacefully… .
