Spectacular, luxerious, spacious and warm in the penthouse apartment of this beautiful converted victorian water tower. 180 m2 living space
“The water tower is beautiful and unique. Dag is a welcoming and friendly host and has provided all sorts of thoughtful touches to the property. We visited at a time when restaurants, cafes and bars were still closed due to Covid but there are plenty supermarkets in the area and a handy chip shop close by too, as well as other takeaways along the road. It’s always an option to cook for yourself in the well equipped and spacious kitchen. Montrose has some nice areas to wander round but the town centre doesn’t showcase these. I would recommend following some of the cycle routes which skirt round the town and take you via the beach for some more pleasant sights, or just soaking up the atmosphere in the tower. I’m really glad I found this hidden gem and hope to return some day. Thanks Dag!”

“We stayed at the flat for the weekend whilst attending a party in Brechin. Douglas couldn’t have been more helpful from initial communication, providing a travel cot for our little one, helping us park our car, providing us with taxi numbers, giving us bread, milk, tea, coffee etc, finding us a corkscrew and thoroughly entertaining our toddler with a visit to see the dog upstairs. A lovely flat super clean that is clearly well looked after. We will be back on our next visit to Brechin next year. Very much recommended.”
