In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. "La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Wine tasting nearby, Armagnac local products, visit many historical sites, enjoy the calm and serenity of our beautiful region.

In one of the MOST BEAUTIFUL VILLAGES IN FRANCE known for its gourmet restaurant (L'Escale, a real treat not to be missed), in a tourist residence in the middle of a park with a large swimming pool in total calm, 2 bedroom apartment (sleeps 4 comfortably) with large terrace. My place is close to Maillac Castle, the Round Bastide of Fourcès, the village of Laresingle, on the WAY OF ST JACQUES DE COMPOSTELLE.
