In a small condominium of 3 lots, a charming 15 m² room, independent and private entrance, with your bathroom/toilet, and mini kitchenette (No hotplates/ok for breakfast and snacking). Free parking on site in the subdivision. Montpellier 5 minutes by car, shops, tram stops and highway access 200 meters away. 20 minutes from the beaches and the airport. Small but clean, comfortable and well arranged. There are 3 steps to get to the front porch of the home.

On Sète, in the heart of the Corniche district, close to shops and 400 meters from the beach, type 2 apartment (outbuilding on the garden floor of our villa) of about 40 m2 fully equipped with the major advantage of our property: a large unobstructed terrace with a small private pool of 10 m2, jacuzzi and barbecue at your disposal. Classified as a historical monument, Pignan is a medieval village near Montpellier. You will stay in an old sheepfold dating from the 18th century with magnificent pointed arches. The walls were built with lime and Pignan stone. This is a large room of about 20 m2 designed for 2 people ideally.
