In a small condominium of 3 lots, a charming 15 m² room, independent and private entrance, with your bathroom/toilet, and mini kitchenette (No hotplates/ok for breakfast and snacking). Free parking on site in the subdivision. Montpellier 5 minutes by car, shops, tram stops and highway access 200 meters away. 20 minutes from the beaches and the airport. Small but clean, comfortable and well arranged. There are 3 steps to get to the front porch of the home.

On Sète, in the heart of the Corniche district, close to shops and 400 meters from the beach, type 2 apartment (outbuilding on the garden floor of our villa) of about 40 m2 fully equipped with the major advantage of our property: a large unobstructed terrace with a small private pool of 10 m2, jacuzzi and barbecue at your disposal. The walls were built with lime and Pignan stone. This is a large room of about 20 m2 designed for 2 people ideally.
