Our studio apartment 2+1 is located on the 2nd floor of our family house and provides a free parking. It consists of a big bright room with a king size bed,an additional bed, a full equipped kitchen with dinning-space, a private bathroom and a beautiful balcony which overlooks the roofs of Rovinj and has an amazing sea-view. The apartment has free WiFi, TV and AC. Our house is in a safe neighbourhood, the city centre is a 5min walk and you reach the nearest beach on foot in 10min or 3min by car.

Das Beheizen kostet 20€ für max 12 Stunden/Tag und wird zusätzlich abgerechnet.

All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

The enormous windows allow incredible views down the Mirna valley whose steep hills opposite hold the village of Kaldir to the S.W. and perched on its' fairytale location to the South, the small fortified town of Motovun. The pool is equipped with countercurrent swimming system. House has his own private parking space and it has his own entrance and private yard. Pets are allowed and wellcome, and pet fee is 50e per pet, payable on the spot.
