Superb apartment with sea view, 200m from beach

Ideally situated in the green oak groves of the Cap Corse, the apartment 'Le Boscu d'Oru' is located in the village of San Martino di Lota, a grandiose landscape that combines sea, forest and mountain. The beautiful town of Bastia is located just 2km away and 'Flenu' beach can be found a mere 200m away. Many local shops within walking distance, which include: a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, post office, tobacconist, restaurants, as well as a bus stop a few metres away, are a big plus.

A comfortable chair is positioned closely to a glass door, offering a view of the outdoor terrace and infinity pool. Mountains are visible in the background, framed by natural light filtering through wooden slats above.

Peaceful and spacious house

Enjoy with family or friends this fabulous 18th century home, which offers good times in perspective. Ability to recover guests Small pond, a creek nearby. Grocery store in the village. Ps: 15 minutes from the sea by car. Accommodation is air-conditioned, clean, pleasant and functional. Beautiful view from the terrace into the valley. Horizonte is close and at the same time so far away. Nice daily sunset show. See you soon.
