Beautiful 33 m2 studio, separate bedroom, very recent equipped kitchen, 1 double bed 160, mountain/sea view, swimming pool, 1.7 hectare property, very quiet, superb panorama, hiking trails, 1 bathroom, 2 people, parking, in the middle of nature (Montferrer mountains), 10-15 min from all shops (Arles sur Tech), easy access, road in good condition, eggs from the henhouse and small jar of honey made at the Mas Can Ripe offered, 4-5° less than in the plain in summer. L'Atelier is one of four fully equipped self-catering cottages set in 30 acres of private forest and fields. It has a mature garden, a stream and a large shared swimming pool. Can Llouquette is a restored 18th Century fruit-farm in the foothills of the Pyrenees, only 1hr from Mediterranean beaches, in a very rural, very peaceful, pristine natural environment. There are no neighbours and all four cottages are completely separate and private. You'll just hear the sound of the river and birds!

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.
