Choose between its two studios (yellow or turquoise), which you can rent together or separately.

You'll love this unique, romantic or family escape. Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

Mini apartment

This space is part of an Arab farmhouse that is used as a residence for artists. When there are no residences, part of the house is rented as an apartment. The apartment consists of a private kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The accommodation has access to a patio with a fireplace where you can have barbecues (the patio is for private use, although workers can use it in passing). The outdoor space (gardens, olive groves and pool) would be shared with other guests if any.

This charming, detached cottage was created in the courtyard garden of Finca Portitxol and is completely separate from it. Here, every season has its advantages and due to the extremely comfortable decor, this "casita" is perfect for a stay in any period of the year, not least during those wonderful spring and autumn months. At the private pool with sun terraces all around and on the covered lounge terrace with large daybed, you can enjoy an intimate oasis of peace.

The apartment is located 200 meters from the town's old part. It is a third floor with southeast orientation. It has 1 master bedroom with a bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room with an Italian-opening sofa bed. The whole apartment has laminate flooring. The main jewel is its terrace, where you can enjoy wonderful moments, overlooking the mountains of Aitana and Aixortà, and in the background the peak of Bernia and the sea. We hope you love it.
