Beautiful cozy home on a quiet cul-de-sac located at the top of Seaside. Relax and unwind at this serene home which has been modernized and decorated to create a peaceful and comfortable feel. It has an open floor plan, beautifully updated kitchen with all new stainless appliances and all new furnishing. This beautiful home offers an excellent option for families and friends to relax and enjoy the beautiful Monterey Peninsula. Please see my note below as to popular destinations/drive time.

A spacious patio area is shown, featuring a round table with two chairs and a bench. An umbrella provides shade. The outdoor space is bordered by a low fence, with two sets of French doors leading into the interior.

A comfortable space with private entrance and bathroom. Light & airy with high ceilings and garden view through a large picture window. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, Dyson heater,fan air filter, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

Once a VIP room where Hollywood & local legends gathered late into the night, today, the Loft is a relaxing spot where you can listen to soft music from the restaurant below or watch passerby's buying old fashioned candy from the Cottage of Sweets.

The Studio is beautiful,It has a private entrance with no other apartments, hence very quiet, no one else living in the building. Situated above world famous "Anderle Gallery" An adjustable Queen bed with a remote to make softer or harder. A flat screen 4K TV at the foot of the bed, with Wifi, and access to NetFlix, Prime, etc with your password. Beautifully decorated with art objects, lamps and rugs. All new range, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and iron/board.

A cozy bedroom features a spacious bed covered with a textured blanket. Light blue walls create a calm atmosphere, while artworks adorn the walls. Mirrored closet doors reflect the room's warmth, and two bedside lamps provide soft illumination near the bed.

The washer and dryer are available inside the garage if needed. There is also laundry detergent, softener, and dryer sheets in the cabinet above washer. I’m available 24hrs everyday of your stay for any questions. The house is nestled in the hills of Seaside with gorgeous views of Monterey. Del Monte Beach’s boardwalk is a 10-minute drive away, as are walking trails at Laguna Grande Regional Park. An array of shopping and dining are also a short drive away.
