Noisy parties and evenings prohibited. 3 km from the center of Montélimar, 1 km from the Via Rhôna, 100 m from the grocery store. Parking is free, parking monitored by cameras at the end of the street "passage frères Christophe" and in the square where "l'épicerie Mélanie" is located. There are spaces in front of the house. Your bikes are safe in the garden.

In the upper Livron, with cobblestone, narrow and steep streets, close to hiking trails and an associative grocery store with local products. We will welcome you upstairs of our house, with private access and the possibility of self check-in. The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. We can store your luggage and bikes.
