Double exposure thanks to its French windows overlooking the garden. One bedroom with double bed 140 x 200, very good bedding. New bathroom with walk-in shower. Washing machine. Living room with stove, sofa bed (120 x 190), piano... Garden furniture under the windbreak. Walks possible in the vineyards from the house.

Restaurants and shops 20 m walk. The ideal location, with the private parking space is directly in front of the accommodation. Please note! The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, the toilet is on the ground floor. If it's a problem to go down to the bathroom at night, please don't book.
