Lovely apartment with garden

License Number: VT513917A This apartment contains all the ingredients for a wonderful vacation. It is only a 10-minute walk to a beautiful beach. The complex has a swimming pool, children's pool, heated indoor pool, paddle tennis court, playground, private parking and there is 24-hour security. This place is ideal for 2 people but also suitable for families with (small) children due to the double sofa bed in the living room. With a warm heart, we look forward to welcoming you to this wonderful place!

This fantastic little pink house with a great sense of luxury is located directly on one of the finest beaches on the Costa Blanca. Casa Playa has been renovated with the latest comfortable facilities.There is air conditioning, underfloor heating in the bedroom and bathroom, walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need. Luxery double bed. Sun-drenched terrace with outdoor kitchen where there is barbecue and water. the car is parked right by the gate.

L'Era is a nice apartment, located in a very quiet village, near the mountains. Ideal for families with children, for lovers of the sea (just 15 minutes from Denia Beach) and hiking (Marina Alta routes). The terrace offers beautiful views of the valley and the pool.
