Stunning new house with amazing sea view and pool

The house features a stunning view on the sea, the two ports, the mountain and the Spanish Fortess. On the ground floor: living room with tv and air conditioner, well-equipped kitchen with a small terrace, main bedroom with air conditioner and bathroom, second room with double bed and bathroom. By the vintage stairs you can reach the mezzanine with a small bathroom and two comfortable queen bed. In the big terrace you can enjoy your meals. Access at the pool (from 15 june) and parking space.

Beautiful contemporary beach house, furnished in a warm beach style accommodates up to 8 guests. Fully modernized with heating and cooling. Parking available. - Extra deep cleaning and a day in between our guests :) two independent levels in one villa with over 100m2. On a lovely sandy beach but also on the road so except some noise. Loads of parking. Extra large outdoor living room, hot outdoor shower, hammock, marble dining table & grill to eat alfresco amongst other comforts.

The villa includes an independent wing with two apartments (Vietri and Margherite) on two floors. Elegantly decorated with Vietri ceramics (hence the name) and surrounded by a large park with olive trees and Mediterranean plants, the two apartments have four bedrooms, three bathrooms, lounge, kitchen and panoramic terraces, which give access to the vast garden.

La mia casa è situata in pieno centro storico e si affaccia sulla piazzetta della chiesa a due passi dal lungomare di Porto S. Stefano. La casa ha un ingresso indipendente ed è composta da cucina abitabile collegata all’ampio soggiorno, due camere e due bagni. Dispone anche di un piccolo ripostiglio con lavatrice e di un balcone. L’interno è stato recentemente ristrutturato con finiture di pregio ed un arredo che unisce mobili moderni con elementi originali degli anni 60.

L'alloggio è situato in posizione tranquilla, e a pochi metri dalla passeggiata a mare con immediato accesso a bar, ristoranti , negozi e porto turistico. L'incantevole baia che lo precede fa da preludio alle belle spiagge raggiungibili a piedi ( 15 minuti circa) o con mezzi a noleggio.
