Welcome to my small cottage (bottom of the 26 m2 chalet on the ground floor) at 1100 m altitude located next to the equestrian center of St Geniez and in the middle of beautiful landscapes (geological reserve of the Alpes de Haute Provence, UNESCO site) with the immediate possibility of hiking, horseback riding, geological, mountain biking, paragliding or climbing... As for ping pong, barbecue, petanque, bikes, hammock and deckchairs, that's in the garden! Local producers and river not far from the cottage.

You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.

It is located 150m from the village square (shops, ice rink) and 200 meters from the downhill ski slopes (departure from the chairlift, ESF ski lesson). 5 minutes from the city center on foot, in a very quiet area with stunning views of old Embrun and Les Orres. Close to the train station (5 min walk) to enjoy public transportation. A free shuttle is available (2 min walk) to reach the water. High quality apartment in a detached house equipped with modern appliances as well as a pool table and a foosball table. Private terrace with shared garden with the owners for a memorable stay.

New and spacious home. View of the mountains from the wooden terrace. The apartment located on the ground floor of our house has completely independent access. Not overlooked, free parking. Shops 400 m away, city center 5 minutes away. Note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. We provide bed sheets but please remember to bring your towels.
