On the day of your arrival, this little cocoon will welcome you between 5pm and 11:30pm (or even from 2pm depending on availability). You will enter independently thanks to a procedure that I will send you around 3 p.m. (in pdf by WhatsApp or in photo by SMS). I will of course remain available at that time if you have any questions or concerns, as well as throughout the stay. On your checkout date, you can leave the property until 12:30 p.m. at the latest. Instructions will be noted on the front door.

Family home, in the heart of the village of Montastruc, at the gates of Toulouse and ideally located to discover all the riches of our region (Albi, Cité de Carcassonne...) Ideal for meeting with friends. Numerous amenities nearby (grocery store, bakery, tobacco, wine cellar, etc.) and supermarket 2 km away. 15 minutes from Toulouse and 40 minutes from Albi, close highway access. Festive house, with terrace, barbecue and small garden. Jacuzzi available. Everything is available for a pleasant stay!

Our single-story accommodation is located in a quiet area close to village amenities. Easy access by car: 20 minutes from Toulouse Blagnac airport, 20 minutes from the historic center of Toulouse, 40 minutes from Albi, 10 minutes from the Buzet-sur-Tarn golf course, the Plamola. It is equipped with reversible air conditioning. It has a separate entrance with free parking spaces and access to the garden with garden furniture (a table and two chairs as well as two deckchairs).

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)
