Fully renovated apartment in Montaigu and enjoying the calm of a cul-de-sac. The apartment is very functional and pleasant, facing southwest. It is located on the ground floor of my house but it is completely independent (independent entrance). It consists of an entrance and relaxation area, a beautiful bedroom with desk, a fully equipped kitchen (including multifunction oven), and a bathroom.
