Logement Pascal

The holiday home "Logement Plages" is located in Villeneuve-sur-Lot and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. This 110 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), cable and satellite TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as children's books and toys.

Ideal studio for workers with breakfast

Our studio is located on private land next to our house. It was refurbished in 2022 to accommodate workers from Monday to Saturday. It is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with a terrace. Private and secure parking with direct access to the ring road (15 mins airbus, 25 mins from Toulouse, 5 mins from Isle Jourdain). Ideal for 3 people maximum. Breakfast is included (detailed below). Linens, towels, duvet and pillows included. All you have to do is drop off your bags.

La Fontaine Gite with Jacuzzi

This family home, ideally located just a 3-minute walk from the village center, comfortably accommodates 4 adults and 1 child, thanks to a convertible sofa. The house is fully fenced, providing you with independent access for a peaceful stay. Relaxation Area A private jacuzzi, situated under the terrace, is available and can accommodate up to 3 people (2 seated and 1 lying down), perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing.

59 m² duplex – 5 min walk to Gare & Charente

This 59 m² duplex, 5-10 min walk to the train station, is ideal for solo travelers or couples. On site, you will enjoy: - a 17m2 bedroom with king-size bed, tv, storage closet and desk - a living room / 2nd office / comfortable dining room - a sofa convertible into an extra bed for 2 people - a bathroom - a balcony in a row - Parking space - banks of the Charente 5 min walk - a welcome booklet (restaurant, bar, etc.)

La Désirade

Upstairs bedroom at the end of the hallway overlooking a quiet street (2 windows) with exceptional views of the Ste Marie de Ré bell tower. The bathroom was renovated in September 2017 and shared with the neighboring room when there are guests. Sorry, no pets allowed. For your comfort, breakfast is provided. Linens and towels are included in the rates. You can safely leave your bikes in the garden. See you soon...
