Wonderful and luxurious 3 BR Flat, near the beach totaly equipped and furnished for your best confort. This 80 m2 flat + 20 m2 balcony + secure parking place will seduce you with its situation at 5 min by car or direct bus of the beach. The equipments are totally new and performant: AC in every room, induction cooking, washer/dryer machine, high speed wifi, Netfix, piano, guitar. The borough is also wonderful: lively with a bakery just in front of the house, groceries, supermarkets, pharmacy.

Au cœur du quartier touristique dans le vieux Nice superbe studio rénové à neuf,climatisé. Salle de bain douche à l'italienne, cuisine très bien équipée, coin salon avec TV, coin nuit avec lit face à une télé et une cheminée. L'appartement est bien insonorisé, au cœur d'une zone piétonne, proche des plages, du Cours Saleya ,du marché aux fleurs .Très au calme tout en étant au cœur de l'animation et de la vie niçoise avec ses restaurants, boutiques, spécialités niçoises. Le tram est à 2 minutes.

Cottage between Monaco and Menton above the Eileen Gray-Le Corbusier site. Access only on foot via a path full of steps. Sea and beach at your feet. 180° sea view If you like nature, you will be happy in our Mediterranean garden. If you're looking for the unusual, the change of scenery is there. 30 m2, recently renovated, in the heart of Nice. Independent accommodation (building pass and keys) - SNCF station and tram 5 minutes away. Street parallel to the main avenue (tram) with all shops. Large Mediterranean market 10 minutes north and beach 15 minutes south. Welcome, I will welcome you personally and I could, if you wish, give you directions to the city or the surrounding area. You will find plans and all the good plans corresponding to your stay.
