Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, smart TV, WiFi, σόμπα Pellet και air conditions για το χειμώνα, καθώς και air conditions για το καλοκαίρι. Φιλοξενεί άνετα 6 άτομα.
