The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

A large swimming pool is set amidst a lush garden, with clear blue water reflecting the sky. Surrounding the pool are trees and plants, providing a serene environment. A mountainous landscape can be seen in the background, enhancing the tranquil setting.

The independent apartment is on the lower ground floor. The Villa has a large beautiful garden with pool to which you’ll have full access. It sits in a private residence in Mondello (beach 20 min walking, city 20 min by car). The Villa is great for unwinding in peace while reaching beach/city easily by car (rental recommended). The apartment has glass doors opening to a lower-floor terrace. It is part of the house of the owner, who lives there but you will hardly see, ensuring full privacy.

A well-lit bedroom features a spacious bed adorned with a multicolored patterned blanket. Two bedside lamps provide soft lighting, and a window allows natural light to fill the room, offering a view of the outdoors. Dark curtains frame the window.

Super centrally-located apartment at the top of a palazzo in the heart of Kalsa, the trendiest neighbourhood in Palermo historic centre. If you manage to make it up the 4th floor of steep stairs (no lift), it will be worth it! The flat has been completely renovated by me, Roman architect who after 10 years of practice in London has decided to move to Palermo and open a studio here. The flat has 2 beautiful terraces, 1 bedroom 1 large kitchen living room, a study and 1 bathroom.
