The apartment is located in the basement of the house (pleasantly cool in summer). The landlord lives upstairs. A separate entrance, bathroom in the basement, toilet, private kitchen with basic equipment for cozy cooking evenings and many niches in the garden invite you to linger undisturbed.

The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

Small summer house on Lake Neusiedl

The small guest house is located directly in Weiden on Lake Neusiedl. The beach is about 1 km away and easily accessible by car or bike. Bike rental is close by. The bike path around the lake is very popular with guests. Water sports activities: surfing, sailing, sup (rental for a fee on the beach). Connection to the public network by S-Bahn in the village. To the airport about 25 car car cars. The garden house is good for couples, solo adventurers and families with children.

We are a young family who loves to travel.  It was our trips around the world with Airbnb, that inspired us to create apartment in which our guests will feel like at home. We offer a newly renovated apartment located in the Old town, in a building from 1912 with high ceilings and exposed brick wall, located only 600 m from the Presidential Palace, which is an ideal starting point for exploring Bratislava, 500 m from the main Train station. In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60m2 and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Spaces: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower ( 1.20 m x1m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with central heating. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet space.

Wagner's Ranch, log cabin in absolute seclusion

Our vacation cottage is a small paradise surrounded by untouched nature and without neighbors. The property is located at 750 meters above sea level on a hillside with a beautiful view. It's a rustic log cabin with a living/sleeping studio, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. The bed is a rustic, self-built double bunk bed and can accommodate 4 people.
