Beautiful farmhouse

We love to share our charming and characteristic 300 years old farmhouse. The tastefully decorated farmhouse with superb pool and terrace is situated in a beautiful setting with fantastic views and amazing sunsets. In summer you can enjoy fruits from the land (4 ha). Only 30 min from Bergerac airport. The house is surrounded by beautiful rolling hills covered with sunflowers in summer and with numerous medieval villages, wine estates and golf courses nearby. High speed internet available.

A spacious living area features comfortable seating, a dining table, and large glass doors opening to the outdoor patio. Natural light fills the room, which is complemented by wicker light fixtures and touches of greenery. A vibrant yellow accent wall adds a pop of color.

House in the heart of Lot-et-Garonne and close to the "Purple Perigord". Agricultural, historical and gastronomic area where life is good. Come and enjoy our accommodation, a new house with views of the countryside. It has air conditioning, heating in each room, large living room with wood-burning stove, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms one with a 160 bed, terraces and a large garden. It is possible to fish on a private lake located 400 meters away and also at Lake Lourbet 2 km away.
