This guest house has an exclusive location with its own bathing path (200 m) down to Finnsjön, where a rowing boat is also included. There are nice swimming areas, exercise trails, illuminated trails, outdoor gym, cycling and hiking trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts! Only 15 minutes by car into central Gothenburg. You live in a newly produced house of 36 sqm with room for 2-4 people and your own private, furnished patio. Coffee, tea and muesli/flakes are included. During the high season May-September, only reservations for a minimum of 2 people are accepted.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you will find proximity to Gothenburg city center (14 minutes), tranquility and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

Newly built guest house near Gothenburg city center

Come and stay in our newly built guest house in a quiet villa oasis near central Gothenburg. There is both a tram and bus within a 5-minute walk that takes you quickly to the city center or Liseberg. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction stove, oven and dishwasher. There is a relatively large bathroom with shower and washing machine and a sleeping loft with a double bed. The sleeping loft is reached via a narrow staircase and there is not standing height up in the loft. There is room for one car in our driveway.

Smart lock with code for open/close It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the Swedish Fair, Scandinavium or Liseberg. To Liseberg it is exactly 1000 meters walking path.

Charming apartment in Mölndal, with perfect connection to tram and bus. Just 10 minutes to Liseberg and 15 minutes to Ullevi/Scandinavium. Walking distance to Mölndal's city center gives access to shopping and food places. Free parking, including charging for electric cars. A stone's throw from Safjällets illuminated running track for a nice run/walk. Just 100 meters from an exquisite bakery (open Mon-Sat). The apartment has a 120 cm bed and a 160 cm wide sofa bed. Well-equipped kitchen. Sheets and towels are included.

Super cozy Attefalls house!

Casa Oliva - the finest we have built! The house is centrally located in Mölndal, in a quiet residential area, close to Gothenburg. Our new Attefallshus of 30 m2, called Casa Oliva, is a very cozy little house that was built in 2021 and is in super nice condition. Suitable for those traveling alone, or those visiting Gothenburg for a couple's weekend or longer vacation, or the smaller family (2 adults, 2 children). Here you live in a fresh apartment of 45 sqm with an open floor plan. Bedroom with bedside tables and bedside lamps, as well as space to set up a crib if needed. The kitchen has seating for four and access to a high chair. The bathroom has a shower. The living room has a sofa bed and a cupboard where bed linen for the sofa bed is stored, it is already made with fitted sheets. There is TV and WiFi.
