It is attached to the owners' house, but it has a private entrance and direct access to the garden. Ideal for lovers of hiking, nature outings or old stones. Apartment located on the first floor of a private house, private access by an external staircase, I live on the ground floor, the ideal would be short-term rentals. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and all cooking utensils. Linens and towels provided. I added a small crib that can accommodate children up to 3 or 4 years old. This attic, converted in 2020, above my main accommodation, has completely independent access. Guests can take advantage of the shared terrace and garden, primarily (sunbeds and armchairs). You are 600 m from the city center, 200m from the free bus stop. You can park your vehicle in the fenced courtyard, even a large construction van. This place has just been air-conditioned for even more comfort in the summer!
