We are 5 minutes from the historic center of Scicli, 10 minutes from that of Modica and 15 minutes from the beautiful beach of Sampieri. The property, dating back to 1926, has been totally restored and recently renovated, fully preserving the style of the time. The ancient stone walls, recently restored, guarantee maximum thermal insulation both in winter and summer. Outside there is a stone patio, a spacious veranda and a covered area with a barbecue.
