Great house of 70m2 in a quiet area of the UNESCO historical town of Noto with stunning view from the terrasse. This 2 bedroom house is 5 minute walk from Noto theater and 10 minute walk from Noto cathedral. Easy to park with a small public parking area just 30m away from the house and a big public parking lot 200m away (excepted on mondays). Supermarket within a 3 minute walk. Great beaches are located just 6 kilometers away, including the magnificent Vendicari natural reserve.
