La struttura, risalente al 1926, è stata totalmente recuperata e ristrutturata di recente, conservando in pieno lo stile dell'epoca. I muri in pietra antica, restaurati recentemente, garantiscono il massimo isolamento termico sia in inverno che in estate. All'esterno un patio in pietra, una veranda spaziosa e un locale coperto con barbecue.
