Johnson Oaks

What a comfortable home in a beautiful setting with majestic oak trees in both front and back yards. You will enjoy the back patio and large yard with a lit tree and fire pit and even play corn hole with friends and family. The living room is large and open to the dining and kitchen areas. Johnson Oaks is fully equipped and ready for you to cook if desired. The bedrooms are all good size and both bathrooms have been updated with a comfy yet modern flair. This home is located in the Tillman's Corner area and right off Interstate 10 with plenty of restaurants and large box shopping. Also, if you are a boater a launch is only 10 minutes away and Dauphin Island beaches are 35 minutes away.

This is a 1br 1 full bath apartment. It is on the second floor unit B. It is located downtown in the historic "DETONTI SQUARE" district. Very quiet with beautiful old homes and large oak trees. It is only 4 blocks from lively 'Dauphin Street' with all of the restaurants, bars and other activities. 1car max parking on property. Parking on street in front if needed. There is a self check in box at entry door, open and remove key. (You have to re-punch #’s to close the lock box door).
