The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. Egal ob raus in die Natur oder ab in die Stadt. Diese Unterkunft ist Ausgangspunkt für Wienbesuch, Ausflüge in die Wachau oder Wanderungen im Wienerwald. Sie befindet sich nur 7 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Neulengbach entfernt. Zugverbindung nach Wien Zentrum ist optimal, allerdings zum Flughafen kompliziert. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock . Wir wohnen im Trakt daneben im Erdgeschoss. Wir stehen euch gerne auch für Tipps und Fragen zur Verfügung oder einen kleinen Plausch.

Ich bin Markus und wohne mit meiner Frau in einem wunderschönen Vierkanthof aus dem 16. Jhdt. mit 4.000m² Wiese & Wald. Wir möchten auch euch die Möglichkeit geben, hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub mit Familie und/oder Freunden zu verbringen. In mehrjähriger und sehr aufwändiger Sanierung wurde der Hof komplett erneuert. Es entstanden vier Wohneinheiten. Im Ostflügel wohnen wir, im Südteil befindet sich eine weitere Wohnung und im südwestlichen Teil entstanden 2 Chalets.

Mikrohaus in Krems-Süd

Auf Grund der positiven Erfahrungen als Airbnb Hosts, haben wir 2020-2022 den kleinsten Stadl auf unserem Grundstück in ein Tinyhouse umgebaut. Wir haben alles selbst geplant und gebaut und hoffen, dass unsere Gäste sich wohlfühlen und die Zeit in Krems und der Wachau genießen werden!
