Therme-Obernsees directly in the village (3 minutes). Sanspareil only 15 minutes - Bayreuth, Pottenstein and Gößweinstein only 25 minutes away.

Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will be staying on 29 square meters (13 sqm of living & cooking; 11 sqm sleeping; 5 sqm bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment as we like to travel ourselves. The house is right next to the small Margrave Castle Schreez.

Adjacent to the nature reserve is our romantic chalet, which invites you to spend relaxing days together as a couple. With magnificent views, you can look over the Pegnitztal and relax. Relax in the hot tub with waterfall, enjoy the warmth of the Swiss pine infrared chairs or simply feel comfortable on the covered terrace and listen to the rippling of the spring.

The newly renovated, approx. 75 sqm apartment is very quietly situated in Mistelgau. The built-in kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, coffee and Nespresso machine. The bathroom has a toilet and shower. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a foosball. A small children's room offers a place to sleep with a bed. A pull-out couch is also available. Travel crib available. Pets are welcome by arrangement for a fee.

Enjoy a mystical place at the edge of the forest by the fireplace

The apartment is located in a former Franconian farm, the Engelschanze, on the edge of the forest in the most beautiful area of Franconian Switzerland. In the Engelschanze there are 2 separate apartments, which can also be booked as a unit for 8-10 people. The large garden can be used by all guests. It stretches over the adjacent forest, where there is also a hammock for general use. Each apartment has its own terrace with a view.

Vacation home in Ahorntal

Small, open-plan apartment/granny flat on the ground floor with fitted kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer), bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) with shower and toilet, towels, bed linen, hairdryer. Bedroom with wardrobe, living room with sofa bed, dining table, TV. Please let us know when we should move into the sofa bed. Families with children are very welcome, there is a high chair and various toys.

Franconian Switzerland in about 15 minutes and the Fichtel Mountains are a good 20 minutes away.
