The 3LDK has a total floor area of 70 ㎡, but we have set the maximum capacity at 6 people, and we have installed two double beds, one semi-double bed, and one single bed in the upstairs room to create a spacious living space.Please let us know in advance if you are using more than 6 people, we will prepare a folding bed. There is also a 24-hour convenience store and supermarket within a 10-minute walk, making it easy to get daily necessities, etc., and you can stay comfortably even if you stay for a long time.In addition, there is free parking on the premises, and you can stop two cars for light vehicles and one for regular passenger cars.Flexible for sightseeing and business trips by car. There are several bus stops within a 5-minute walk, and a 20-minute bus ride takes you directly to JR Kanamachi Station, Kameari Station, and Keisei Line Kanamachi Station.You can get from the station to the city center in less than an hour. It is about 30 minutes by train from the nearest Kanamachi station (about 19 minutes on foot) to Asakusa Station. To the nearest station, you will cross the Shin-Katsushika Bridge over the golf course overlooking the Edo River. There are also only two rental bicycles on site, but they are available, so please use them to go to and from Kanamachi Station (first 30 minutes: 160 yen; prior registration with HELLOCYCLING required).You need to check the availability of the return location every time: You can book the return location after you start using it). There is also a direct bus from Matsudo Station (a 1-minute walk from the bus stop called Matsudo Tennis Club).
