Newly renovated 1.5 rooms with lake view & pool

Newly renovated 1.5 room apartment with direct lake view. The house is very well maintained and quiet. An elevator as well as a washing machine & dryer are available. A covered parking space is included and the bus stop for excursions is right in front of the house. On the balcony there is a large gas grill as well as a table with chairs and a hanging chair to relax. It is about 10 minutes on foot to Piazza Grande. The apartment also includes separate deck chairs for the pool. Only guests over 27 years old are allowed

For our guests, it is a space for retreat, relaxation, comfort, own kitchen, sunny living area with garden seating, very central location, proximity to public transport (5 min.), close to the lake, suitable for couples or families with small children (crib available).
