We completed Harvest in January 2022, so this is a new beginning for ourselves and guests-we look forward to welcoming you! The space is sheltered by our majestic lemon-scented ghost gum, which hosts a variety of birdlife, that you can watch from your own private deck. This 2 bedroom furnished apartment has everything you need for short or extended stays.Light breakfast and snacks are also included.Fully equipped kitchen with d/w.Bedrooms have ceiling fans and queen beds.Bedroom 1 has a 50''smart TV. 75"tv in the living area and RC A/C, free wifi. There is an outdoor smoking area.The park at the lake which has free electric bbq's and the beach are only a 5 minute walk from your front door. Please read all conditions before booking. Studio on Park is an architecturally-designed, custom-built studio situated perfectly between the Illawarra escarpment and Southern coastline. Stay with us and explore the stunning South Coast from this private oasis. We accommodate up to 4 adult guests - 1 x queen bed and 1 x pull out sofa bed in the living area. The studio strictly does not accept pets or children under the age of 8. Babies who are not yet walking are welcome. This is due to the delicate nature and design of the studio.

Perched high on the cliff above the rocks and beach this coastal property has so much to offer in a quiet suburban locale. Cool breezes in summer and a warm cosy atmosphere in winter give Kiama Waters an all year round appeal. Captivating views of the famous Cathedral Rocks, Jones beach, Minnamurra headland, Bass Island, Bass Point and the surfing hotspot Boneyard are sprawled out like a magnificent canvas. Whales can often be seen from May-July & Sept to Nov - an unforgettable experience

Roy's Run Farm Stay.

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.

This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The bathrooms have floor heating to keep you cosy in winter. Enjoy beautiful views across our secluded little valley from your private balcony or the outside eating area. Close to beaches, Gerringong and Kiama.

Simply a couple of minutes walk to the beach, lake and eateries. Free WiFi, Netflix, Stan & A/C. Off-leash dog beaches are nearby, house-trained pets are welcome ( a one-off fee applies) but there is no fenced off-yard. The perfect getaway for couples or families/friends and fur-kids!

Our Guest House is located at Dunmore Lakes, 1.5hr drive from Sydney, and is ideally a short drive to local beaches and villages, such as The Farm at Killalea, Shellharbour Village, South Beach, Minnamurra Rainforest, Kiama Village which boasts numerous cafe's and Restaurants along the main street. The beautiful town of Berry is also a twenty minute drive away. Jamberoo is a great little village featuring the iconic Jamberoo Pub, and the renowned Action Ski Park.

Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds. We now have an EV charging station on the property . Type 2 , up to 22 KW an hr. Costs apply .
