It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Der Pool ist bei unseren Gästen besonders beliebt, da er nach Sauna-und Spaziergängen für Erfrischung sorgt. Besonders geschätzt wird auch die Privatsphäre, da sowohl Pool als auch Sauna und Garten zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung stehen. Der Pool ist ganzjährig nutzbar, allerdings nicht beheizt. Ein Whirlpool steht nicht zur Verfügung.

Unsere gemütliche, helle Dachwohnung ist ein innenstadtnaher Ort (ca. 5 km bis Zentrum) der Entspannung . Die separate Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer, Wohn-Essbereich (Zweisitzer, TV, Sitzgruppe) sowie einem eigenen kleinen Duschbad mit Toilette sowie einem schönen Garten mit Sitzecke. Prüfungsvorbereitungen sind ohne Probleme möglich, da es sehr ruhig bei uns ist. Fortbildungsstätten befinden sich in der Nähe: Ergotherapie, Hörgeräteakustiker ca 5 Min.,Uni 15 Min. Messegelände ca.7 Min.

Unser gemütliches Bauernhaus liegt am Rande des Bienwaldes und am Fuß der Südpfälzer Weinberge. In der Grenzregion zum Elsass kommen Radfahrer und Wanderer voll auf ihre Kosten. Ausflugsziele vom Kaiserdom zu Speyer bis zum Kletterpark in Kandel, die Pfälzer Bergwelt, Badeseen und Schwimmbäder sind um's Eck. Das 2-geschossige, alleinstehende Haus mit großem Hof und Garten und einer tollen Küche rundet euren Aufenthalt ab. Partys passen nicht zum Ambiente und sind daher nicht erwünscht.
