This is an old house-style building located just off the Nikko Kaido. Close to Tobu Shim-Imaichi Station, you might even hear the steam whistle of the Taiki if you're lucky in the evening. 8-tatami Japanese-style room (bamboo room), 6-tatami Japanese-style room (temple style), 8-tatami living room (retro style) IH kitchen, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, fridge, washing machine, gas dryer, etc. are fully equipped, so you can use this place as a base for sightseeing in Nikko, Kinugawa, Ashio, and Kuriyama. There is also a parking lot, making it ideal for touring with fellow bikers. Breakfast is a free loaf of freshly baked bread (home bakery). Mountain Biking, Calligraphy, Games, BBQ (The usage fee for charcoal is 2,000 yen per use. Dishes are available for rent, so please prepare your ingredients at a nearby supermarket.) This is a house with a superb view overlooking Lake Nojiri. There are several ski slopes (Myoko, Kurohime, and Masao), about 15-20 minutes away, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy a wood-burning sauna and a stunning water bath. There are no private houses around, so you can also watch music and movies with loud noises. Since it is a house nestled in the mountains, we will do our best to take care of it, but during the warmer months, insects can be seen.It snows a lot in winter.In autumn, the leaves dance. You must also adjust the fire in the wood stove yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but it's got an incredible view. Enjoy cooking with a kitchen counter with stunning views, condiments, and a cooker.(There is no equipment for BBQ.)

"Yuzawa Building" is open on 2019/2020 winter. It locates on east side of EchigoYuzawa station in a quiet street for only 4-minutes walk away. There is the public Onsen which is most likely used by locals and also, good Yakiniku shop and Soba within walking distance. Because the room is compact and cozy, it is the best choice for up to 4 people family or group. It has kitchen, bath, restroom, washstand are provided along with dining by 1 Western-room and 1 Japanese-room.
