We’re 35 minutes from Cocoa Beach, 25 from undeveloped natural Playalinda Beach. The "World's Most Famous Beach," Daytona, is a zip up I-95 north, forty-five minutes away. If you’re interested in visiting Orlando, Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, I-Drive, or anything else Orlando has to offer it’s all within a 45-60 minute drive.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Its a short walk to the river and look straight across at the Kennedy space center to view the launches. You can walk to the old downtown area to restaurants or bars. Short drive to Parish hospital or the space center visitor center. Orlando parks are an hour drive away. The place has your own washer dryer for longer stays including iron and hair dryer. If you need a second bed their is an air mattress for additional guests.

Gigi's House is a historical 1925 Spanish style home located near Historic Downtown Titusville. The Interior is spacious and cozy - a living room, office space, dining room and shared kitchen are downstairs. 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom upstairs. You will have full access to the pool and large outdoor area surrounded by mossy Live Oaks. Our home is settled in a quaint neighborhood. We live on-site, in the other wing of the house and are available if needed. All are welcome at Gigi's House!

Welcome to life on Tropical ! Our tiny home is located right outside of Oviedo. About 20 mins away from UCF and an hour from Cocoa and most major theme Parks. We live down the street from Lake Mills Park which is a beautiful park with a great lake you are welcome to use our water crafts too! *Please note that the ladder to access the loft above the restroom is not secured to the wall and is moveable. If you proceed to book use at your own risk.

Our home is in a quiet residential area which is a short drive away from I95 and US1. We’re minutes to the ocean, shopping, Kennedy Space Center, and Merritt Island National Wildlife Sanctuary. There are parks, nature trails, and the Indian River close by for outdoor lovers. Amazing launch views minutes away as well! We enjoy meeting new people and would love the opportunity to make your stay here on the Space Coast a memorable one!
