It is situated in traditional island village Mirca, 10 minutes by walk from beaches and 3 km from lively town Supetar. You can experience here relaxed island lifestyle, but with all the modern comforts (swimming pool, WiFi, air con, parking) and all this only 1h by ferry from the city of Split and airport.

House is about 200m2 in two floors it has two separate external staircase floors equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms fully equipped, 2 kitchens inside and 1 mini outdoor, large outdoor fireplace, and Private beach with sun beds and a shower. On the second floor, we renovated all three bedrooms, bathroom, and living room. All doors and windows are replaced.
