Quiet, just outside the city, 2 km from the sea and 3 km from the fair, new two-room apartment in a complex with swimming pool, open only in the summer, and garden. Independent apartment with private entrance, air conditioning, equipped kitchen and parking. The house has a 4,000-meter garden that allows our guests (maximum 4) privacy even in the pool. La casa è di recente risistemazione ed è disposta su 2 piani. Al piano terra c'è una cucina con sala da pranzo, un bagno ed un salotto molto spazioso. Al piano primo sono presenti le 3 stanze da letto ed un secondo bagno. L'esterno è composto da portico e grande giardino. La posizione è comoda per chi desidera visitare San Marino o il circondario, Rimini, Riccione Sant'Arcangelo, San Leo ecc...Oppure partecipare a conferenze o eventi come la Moto GP, il Rally Legend ed altro ancora.

Country house in the hills. Romantic dependance.

The structure is a Country House which houses 7 apartments. In this announcement we propose independent house (CAPRIOLO), located in front of the main house, the windows overlook the panorama all around. We guarantee absolute relaxation! Thanks to the shade of 2 mulberry trees, the cottage is very cool in summer. Situation suitable for a couple who loves independence. Air conditioning. It happens that dinners are organized.
