The accommodation is very spacious and cozy. It is renovated trying to give it a new and functional air, but without losing its vintage essence. It has a large kitchen-living room, in the same room, which makes it very cozy; two bedrooms with very different atmospheres, bathroom with shower. We have a patio with a porch, in which we have a seating area for socializing, and a dining room. Important Information: The Wifi has a speed of 600 megabytes upload and download, the speed is symmetrical.

Our comfortable 2 bedroom apartment has the perfect location at the edge of the old town - close enough that all the city is right on your doorstep (4 mins walk to the cathedral & city hall). It has a gorgeous terrace that catches the morning sun, wifi, central heating & a smart TV. There's no elevator but it's only half a flight of stairs (8 steps) from street level. We have a large parking space (fits even vans) available for free for guest use just a 3 minute walk from the apartment.

Cozy, nice and relaxing apartment.

It has a GARAGE. My apartment is simple, but at the same time cozy. It has a large window in the living room that I love, especially on foggy days or when the full moon shines in. The beds are made of ecological wood. We love nature, so we have several plants in our home. It has two very nice rooms. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room. It's on the fifth floor with an elevator. You'll love it. Just to say that a small continental breakfast is included as a courtesy

New apartment recently built in a very quiet area of Oviedo with all services within reach; supermarkets, gas station, pharmacies, hospital, very close to the Prerroman Monuments and just a few minutes' walk from the Fernández Vega Oftalmologico Center. A neighborhood with a lot of nature around it,🌲🌳 about a 5-minute drive to downtown and about a 20-minute walk. It is worth going for a walk, between the wide streets and the beautiful views of Mount Naranco!
