A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

My home is a 3-Bedroom, tri-level ranch located in a quiet neighborhood just outside of downtown Newport. The best beaches on Aquidneck Island are a 5 minute drive and there is a huge back yard, complete with a brand new BBQ grill and outdoor seating. There is one king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest room and a queen as well as a custom built in child bunk in the third bedroom. The home comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 2 children.
