Located a short drive from the main strip of Grand Bend. This beautiful 4 bedroom cottage is tucked away on a quiet street, backing on to the river with its own private dock surrounded by trees. Guests will have access to the entire house, including the games room in the lower level which is great for kids! There is a private beach a short walk from the property. Grand Bend main beach is about a 3 minute drive, Pinery beach 6 minute drive, and Port Frank’s beach is about a 15 minute drive.

A sandy beach area is surrounded by tall trees, providing shaded spots for relaxation. The beach extends towards a calm lake in the background, with clear skies above. The soft sand is marked by footprints leading towards the water's edge.

With hundreds of feet of beach depth from the cottages to the water do the trip your way and relax or let the kids roam free. Both cottages have full kitchens, 1 bathroom, AC and heat....but we doubt you will be inside much!

A family retreat that is central and just a few steps to the harbour front and Main Street; where the shops, eateries, spas, and theatre are located. A short walk to the little beach with many tours available in the area. There are 3 outdoor cameras that are currently not activated. One is on garage, one is on patio facing side of cottage and one is on front porch facing the street. A Telus alarm panel is on counter and motion detection is in living room- all are deactivated.
